SARL AIN SEBSI

Our services

Currently, Sarl Conserverie Ain Sebsi operates with only one production line, which is the processing of tomatoes into concentrated paste in barrels. It is also working on integrating additional production lines for various canned products, as well as fruit juice concentrate.

Reception

Fresh tomatoes are carefully received from local farmers and inspected for quality.

Weighbridge

Pre- and post-unloading truck weighing for precise determination of net tomato intake.

1-Tomato Reception

Truck Discharge

Tomatoes are carefully unloaded from incoming trucks under controlled conditions to ensure product quality and minimize damage before processing.

Sorting and Washing

Tomatoes are sorted to remove defective or unsuitable fruits, then thoroughly washed using modern hygienic systems to ensure cleanliness and product quality before processing.

3- Processing

Where it is Transformation

The process takes place inside the production line (industrial processing unit), using crushers, heaters, evaporators, and concentration tanks within the factory.

Tomato Transformation

In this stage, fresh tomatoes are crushed, heated, and refined using industrial equipment to extract juice and pulp. The raw material is transformed into tomato paste (concentrated puree), where water is partially removed to increase density, flavor, and preservation quality.

4-Cooking & Concentration

During this stage, tomato pulp is heated under controlled conditions to remove excess water and achieve the desired thickness. At the same time, tomato skins are separated using a dedicated processing system and redirected for further use, allowing the final product to reach optimal consistency and quality for packaging and commercialization.

5- Aseptic Packaging

The concentrated tomato paste is filled exclusively into 220 kg drums, inside sterile aseptic bags. This packaging method ensures maximum hygiene, preserves product quality, and extends shelf life by protecting the product from contamination and external factors during storage and transport.

6- Packaging & Storage

Storage

The finished products are stored in a clean, dry, and temperature-controlled warehouse to maintain their quality, stability, and safety until they are distributed to local and international markets.

Packaging

The filled 220 kg drums are securely sealed, labeled, and prepared for safe handling, storage, and transport. This step ensures product protection, traceability, and compliance with quality and export standards.
